Method of Paragraph Development by CAUSE AND EFFECT

Cause and effect relationship can be used to develop effective paragraphs by describing what happens and why it happens. You can do so by explaining reasons and consequences of an idea or event.

           Example:
Global climate change resulting from the accumulation of greenhouse gases, for example is likely to have significant health effects, both direct and indirect. An average global temperature rise of 3-4°C, predicted for the year 2100 by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change will greatly increase the number of days in the United States with temperatures over 38°C(100°F), with a resulting sharp rise in heat-related mortality. Deaths would occur primarily from heat strokes, heart attacks, and cerebral strokes. The very young, poor, and elderly, as well as those with chronic cardiovascular and respiratory diseases, are most at risk. During the two-week heat wave of July 1993 in the eastern United States, 84 people died in Philadelphia alone as a result of the higher temperatures. (E. Chivan, "The Ultimate Preventive Medicine," Technology Review)

  1. There are lots of method of paragraphs, and one of this is the "Method of Paragraph Development by CAUSE AND EFFECT" according to the this blog it is use to show the consequences of an idea, For me, this is a helpful way to explain a paragraph that have a cause and effect or in other word an action must have a certain response or a result. This paragraph must have a good topic and supporting details. And lastly, you must use the correct conjunctions.
This is my example(hope you like it hahaha!!):
Today, the Philippines have over 92,000,000 population because of this the the economic growth of economy are so slow.Since, President Aquino is free on any discussion about the Reproductive Health Bill as a result of this the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines are now arguing to the president not to make it as a law because they believe that it is a immoral.Because of the over population bad effects to our economy so our our legislative wants it as a law. When the bill become a law, many people will be affected and as a result we can minimize our population growth and prevent some sexually diseases.

October 5 is the celebration of the World Teachers Day. It is celebrated all over the world, and as a result, here at the SLSU, the CAS SC President make a party for all the CAS teachers at the ground floor of the JR BLDG. To make our all teacher safe, they give 5 minutes of praying. At the end of the program, the teachers are so happy and have a smile on their face.

  4. "RH bill,President Aquino declared on Sept. 27 in San Francisco that his administration might give assistance to families needing contraceptives to limit the number of their children, the Church hierarchy flared up with anger, threatening him with excommunication if he went ahead with his plan to actively promote the distribution of contraceptives to couples."

-using of contraseptives can realy minimize or limit the number of children in a family, but it is against the teaching of the church. That is why the church is threatening our President with excommunication which will suspend his membership to our church. Using of contraceptives can cause risks and diseases on the person who is using it. On the other hand, couples can still limit the number of thier children through natural family planning. This natural family planning is not against the teaching of the church although it is use to prevent the pregnancy of the woman,it doesnt use contraceptives.

  6. The Reproductive Bill of the Philippines or RH Bill, imposed by Cong. Edel Lagman and declared by Pres. Noynoy on Sept. 27, 2010 in San Francisco, is considered as the latest issue of our country. It lets the use of contraceptives and artificial family planning methods such as IUD, pills, condoms, etc. to many Filipinos due to the increasing population growth. They said that it is the best solution for our country to stop the increasing population growth that heightens the poverty rate of our country. But the CBCP angrily contradicts it because it is immoral, against the fifth commandment ("thou shall not kill"), and may cause harmful and infectious diseases to the people; they rather suggest the use of natural family planning methods such as standard days, abstinence, ovulation, etc. News from mass media said that the CBCP threatened P-Noy an "excommunication" which will suspend or deprive his membership in the Catholic community because of his stance. But Bishop Nereo Odchimar, president of CBCP, denied it and explained that it is just a possibility, a proximate possibility. Numbers of "thinking Catholics" and politicians had spoken like Janette Garin, who said that they should not tolerate their threatening to P-Noy. They said that even they're against the statements of CBCP, their Catholic faith is still inviolabled and unchanged. Lots of reactions and opinions came out in the Internet especially in social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, etc. Some said it's bad because it will bring immorality to many Filipinos but many said it's good because it will bring solution to our country's inflating population and poverty problems. But decisions still depend on them, whether they will follow it or not; and they still have rights belonging to human rights on how they will plan their family, and conserve and value life.

  8. IS it true that our country is one of the most populous country in the world? So that there is an act about family planning called RNB. We, as Filipino people know that we our in crisis. Everyone of us will experience it. Our country is overpopulated and overpopulation causes poverty. As a teenager student President Noynoy Aquino should pass that bill, because it is for our own future. Many Filipinos are very naive about this and most probably has no idea of what possible effects that could destroy our true Filipino morality with the concern of reproduction and sex. Religious groups but for those whose minds were twisted by only on politics, they thought that to reduce poverty is through population control. All I can say is we must believe on what is right for us to do and better for our future .

  11. "it's the government versus the church".

Why does the church always butt in when it comes to human rights, politics..... and now a possible solution for the up-coming global crisis, over-population. (sorry Church, I am not an Atheist, I believe in God, this is just my opinion)

Reproductive Health Bill, sounds really... boring, no I'm just kidding. It's the contraceptive Sh*t and condom stuffs. The church always say that abortion is killing, which of course it is killing, so preventing the birth of a child is killing, but preventing an accidental making of a child? I don't think that's killing.

Let's put it this way, a girl, gets pregnant because his boyfriend accidentally cum inside her while having sex (well of course they're having sex, why would a guy cum inside a girl if they're not having sex). The girl is just..... let's say 16, and the guy is just.... 18. At 16 and 18, I don't think both of them are capable of being responsible of having a child, personally, I don't even think that they're capable of baby sitting their brothers and sisters. So, it would just result in "Girl" goes to "Manang Aborshonista" do some bacteria friendly surgery, that of course will endanger her life, and will haunt her that she killed a baby and eventually commit suicide.

One more thing, its not just about the accidental pregnancy, It also prevents the acquiring of sexually transmitted decease. What if, a guy decides to... oh I don't know, go to a bar and hook up with some random hot decease infected b*tch? and decided to do it without the protection of the "savior of perverted men and women" (condom) and what happens next? He gets the decease, he does the same routine, get laid, transmit, get laid again, transmit again, and on and on and on and on until he dies.

Do you see my point. The consequences that where in when ever we decide to do the "thing" we like to do the most.

  13. Reproductive Health Bill, commonly known as RH Bill,is one of the most contentious issues in the country which aims to promote reproductive health and responsible parenthood. In connection to the rapid and tremendous growth of the present population, this implemented bill is doing their best to at least vanish the blemishes and spots of our nation through distribution of family planning devices such as contraceptives and disseminating information on their use as a way of controlling the population of the Philippines. On the other hand, there are numerous opposition to the view of the bill most particularly the Catholic Church.According to them, contraception is an intrinsic moral evil.It causes death of young human embrayos, who as such are persons worthy of respect.Since contraception enable people to have a safe sex life, therefore it will be possible for them to commit this act even without the consent of marriage which results to premarital sex and even unwanted child. But the fact that the Philippines makes it "the 12th most populous nation in the world today"is more alarming to know.As a result, most of the Filipinos are in favor of the said bill.At the heart of the bill is the free choice given to people on the use of reproductive health, enabling people especially the poor to have the number of children they want and can care of.This will eventually reduce poverty and hunger among the Filipino families which is known to be the primary goal of the mentioned bill.

  14. The Philippines is suffering from poverty, mainly because of the rapid growth of population. The government is finding it hard to resolve this problem. And using the RH bill is the best idea they can come up with. Yet the country finds it hard to use the RH bill, because the Catholic Church is against it. Well we cannot blame the church for not approving this, but if we'll think practically, you'll see that this can be of good help to our country. We cannot control people from making love, besides God said "go out and multiply", but it would no longer be suited in our declining economic situation. The RH bill will help in reducing the production of new life and help the country to continue progress. Its better to use the Reproductive Health Bill, so there would no longer be unwanted pregnancy in the young generation. Abortion will be lessen too. The church may be against it, but it will also help in preventing the increase of single parents and the spread of HIV AIDS.

  15. Nowadays, our country suffers from the effects of rapid growth of population. This is due to unplanned way of having the number of child couple will bear. But, concerned sector introduced the 'Reproductive Health Bill' to help couples to plan well on how they can control the number of children they would bear. I think this resolution is a good thing. For in that way, reproduction of new individuals will be lessen and this will aid the country in controlling its population. I cant see something wrong about using some family planning methods which is the main focus of the said bill. But we cannot blame the Catholic Church in their disagreement in this bill. For they are believe in what the bible said about this matter to go on and reproduce. But no matter what happen, it effects something good in the life of Filipinos. By that way, they can easily manage their own families.

Reproductive Health Bill is one of the most latest issues in our country. And this bill is one way to reduce the population here in the Philippines. But for me, RH bill is immoral yet the goal of this is moral. Because as we all know, Philippines is overpopulated and with that, our government made a possible solution on how to reduce population, and that is through RH Bill. But the religious groups really contradicts in this bill. Because they believe in the Divine Law of God.

Some said that following the RH Bill is bad because it is immoral. But others said, it's good and we must follow it because it really helps to lessen the population. But the answer really depends on us whether we will follow this or not.

  18. For me the two most influential person are Barack Obama and Manny Pacquiao. They are both leading the people as part of their duties and responsibilities. Many people admire them not only because of their prominence but because of their aptitudes too. Barack is well-known around the world and he governs a country which is really powerful so expectations are always after him. As the president of the United States he must be that good in maintaining a well- developed country because thousands of people are hoping for what he can to improve their country's status most importantly, the economy. Pacquiao on the other hand, is also a leader and at the same time a good competitor in boxing. But he only governs a small group of people unlike Barack who have to handle thousands of people. He is very famous but most of us admire him for being the best world boxer not a leader. this is because many people judge his ability to lead.

Reproductive Bill becomes a very big issue here in the Philippnes when the rivarly between the catholic church and our government emerged. The program encourages the use of artificial birth control methods, such as contraceptives. The Catholic Church is concerned that the bill could be a precursor to eventual legalization of abortion and other practices contrary to Christian morality. They are saying that if a couple really want to try Family planning method they should use the Natural instead of the Artificial. Meanwhile our government approving this types of method because for them it will help our country to decrease the rapid growth of population. Overpopulation is one of the main sources of poverty in our country and even around the world. Our government just wanted to lessen the causes of poverty for the developing of our country. But instead of them debating about this bill they should focus on other more important matters in our country like the corruption, crimes, etc. Instead of controlling the environment for the benefit of the population, maybe we should control the population to ensure the survival of our environment.

  20. Reproductive Bill of the Philippines or RH Bill. This was declared by Pres. Noynoy Aquino last Sept.27, 2010. I am pro-life, I support the doctrines of my Church, and I do not believe that over-population is the cause of all our economic woes. I am not for the Reproductive Health Bill (HB 5043) that is hotly deliberated in Congress. If we are over populated we are just the one who made it. Artificial Family Planning can cause a lot of side effects -- and diseases. If we will continue using this artificial facts our society will be more less pity in others eyes and in God's eyes. Because according to the church and God,"thou shall not kill!! Let's just avoid using this d*mn useful but has side effects things which can lead us to death ! Be wise on what we should really use and do. People who are using this are like crazy in sex life. Natural Family Planning would be more interesting to use.

  22. Reproductive health bill is simply the implementing of using contraceptives. There were so many laws that was launched by the government about this just to implement on what we call RH Bill to prevent the growth of over population. But as we all know, church was againts in that kind of policy because they have different beliefs. As a human being, we should know how to follow the rules and policy for the better of our country. My opinion about this RH Bill is that,in some other side this is right to follow because this is the best way to avoid over population that cause to the lacks of foods, housing an agricultural land.Couples are using contraceptives to avoid having many children.Condoms, calendar method, vasectomy. ligation are some examples of family planning that are using by the Filipino. But the most important thing is that, you know how you spent your life being a responsible one.

  23. One of the latest topic that our country, Philippines most talk about was the so called "Reproductive Health Bill" also known as RH Bill. This issue was part of this age of modernization where everyone must be practical. This talk of the town issue caused misunderstanding or rivalry between Catholic church against our government. This law aims to have a family planning in every Filipino family. It includes controlling of the non-stop increase of population in the Philippines with the use of birth control contraceptives and procedures. Even our newest President, Benigno Simeon Aquino Jr. shows approval in this law. Catholic Church are against this law because for their opinion this has no difference in abortion. But if you will think in it`s positive side this will greatly affect on the solution on Population Explosion and at the same time in our problems in polution. With this everyone will be aware on how to plan for their family`s future. In addition to this, it may also affect one`s health because there are findings that contraceptives can cause cancer.

One of the hottest issue, now in every corner of our country is about the Reproductive Health Bill. And this is the issue that cause some disagreements between the Catholic Church and our government. As time goes by our population continue to increase. And it is sad to say that there are a lot of Filipino families which cannot sustain the needs of their child and that is because of poverty. In my own opinion, I'm in favor in having on what we called the "Reproductive Health Bill" , because for me the main reason of our government why they want this to be in our country is to help the Filipinos especially in terms of Family Planning. Our government only want to give a solution in a increasing number of population here in our country. So by the way what is Reproductive Health Bill? In my own words it is a method that focuses on fertility planning and contraception, but it is not all about Family Planning or using of different contraceptives it is also very useful because they are going to inform us in different things and that is the main problem I see here in our country , sometimes we the Filipinos are lack of knowledge. And like they said it's not compulsory, you have the freedom to choose if you are going support or join. I don't know what will going to happen in case the Reproductive Health Bill will be approved here in our country. Maybe some will be mad and some are not but I hope we the Filipinos will cooperate with our government because their main objective is just to help us. And lastly, I wish for a peace full and lovely country so we can live happily.

"Reproductive Health Bill", many of our countrymen are against about this matter even the CBCP. For me our government agreed about this because they see what does the effects of having a big population to our economy. This program of our government can cause a big improvement to our number of population. Speaking about RH bill, this was strictly focused on how we can prevent the continuous increase in population in a way of Information and access to natural and modern family planning, maternal, infant and child health nutrition. Promotion of Breastfeeding is also one of the laws they want to implement.

I think our government thinks that if they implemented it there will be having a big improvement to our increasing number of population. Thus this also have good effects on our life it makes the parents of every children being born to be responsible and open minded.

  28. As a Student, I must say that Reproductive Bill No.5043 has the following positive and negative effects in each everyone of us especially to those people who are having sexual intercourse, and those who are young individuals. In the first place,To uphold and promote respect for life, informed choice, birth spacing and responsible parenthood in conformity with internationally recognized human rights standards and to guarantee universal access to medically-safe, legal and quality reproductive health care services and relevant information even as it prioritizes the needs of women and children is a good effect of the law. But on the other hand,it can cause too much defect in every Filipino people. If the plan is to suit a budget for artificial family planning, young people will be tolerated in some aspects. They will be tolerated to have a sexual intercourse as they could barely used condoms, contraceptives, etc.as an instrument to do what they want. Also, these artificial family planning can harm not only our environment. It can harm our health because of some side-effects which is under that artificial instrument.

As a human, who is a duly creation of the only great heavenly artisan, we are entitled to live...love and learn. By this so, we should be responsible enough for our living. In such a way that, every little thing we do must and should accords to the subject of morality. This what made me to totally disagree with the over ruling endorsement R.H. Bill is currently proposing us.Reproductive Health Bill or HB 5043, a bill declaring the mass to consider using contraceptives as an effective tool in controlling the unstoppable bulking of the human population, now greatly afflicts the norm of society. Let just say this certain bill immediately turns out as an implemented law, could it really help us in exploiting an stabilizing economy we're all asking to have? At some point, it does...if everyone will take full control of their actions regarding the knocking uncertainties it might brought. Considering responsible parents who know how to take charge in their sex life and abide the exact control this bill is asking. On the other hand, it might only worsen the fluctuating economy over-population had startled. RH Bill, sounding like a free market for condom and pills to me, could only suppress the curiosity of the young generation to got some piece of an action. Getting curious of how does it tasted having sex, teenagers might only be subjected to pre-marital sex, which is obviously an impending issue of the society. Weighing the pros and cons of every angle, still it's to dangerous to risk the innocent and curious mind of the teens society regarding this matter.

Reproductive health bill is a world wide issue. This was declared by Pres. Noynoy Aquino last Sept.27, 2010 and was imposed by Cong. Edel Lagman. There are many bills in the country in the same reasons which only pertain to RH Bill. As they have the common purpose of promoting reproductive health, responsible parenthood and informed choice in conformity with internationally recognized human rights standards. There is general agreement in the country on the importance of its provisions on maternal and child health, promotion of breastfeeding, adolescent and youth health, elimination of violence against women, and setting up of obstetrics and birthing services.
Womens reproductive system is extremely sensitive and reacts to even the slightest hormonal imbalance, which is why it is so important to take care of it.
I am God's children and i oppose with those contraceptives that is being offered with anybody. That's why there are many diseases that are being experienced by the womens and babies. Many women will deal with some type of vaginal infection, like bacterial vaginosis, during their lifetime. so we must not imposed those contraceptives because there are many effect of those kinds.

  31. " There is always a solution in every problem" I believe in that saying. That's why Reproductive Health Bill or the RH Bill is imposing and really want to pass in the 15th Congress. But the CBCP or the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines is against and do not agree to RH bill, because it's an unethical conduct which they believe that it is an earl abortion which is wrong. One of the cause might happen is decrease of population which our country's one of the main problem. Also depleting number of abortions. It can help to decrease the rates of abortions because of right use of contraceptives, condoms etc. By implementing that bill, many poor family that will use this method can help them in order them to survive and to eat 3 times a day. Some effects may also occur like what I heard in the news (if I'm not mistaken) that CBCP will take away the rights of President Aquino to receive sacraments from the church in short Civil Disobedience. Also it can affect the relationship between the Catholic Church and the new government that I don't want to happen. On a reality basis, we have our own opinions and talks about RH bill either it's right or wrong, but it's only our opinion, we have the right to choose and to decide what we want. RH bill is not compulsory that all Filipino will do, it is in the decision of the parents to do that kind of method which is Family Planning. Focus on the reality, and the reality is we are developing country, and this is one of the solutions that our new government are opposing and I totally agree to that. There's no such thing in this world that is perfect,we got mistakes and learn from that mistakes. So it's about time to learn from our mistakes, with regards our country's problem.

They use contraceptives like artificial method or condoms and other because they don't want to have another baby again. For now this is the big issue between our church and government. Our government agree with this because of the big population in our country. Some couple use it by their own want or it's just a trip. Others say that the man who use this had a thought of loosing an amount of being a man. many couple think that it is safe, but there are some side effects through using it. Also the effect of this is they become addicted in using this. This can cause as illnesses by using artificial method.

  33. RH BILL is one of the latest issue that our country was facing, its goal was to minimize the birth of child. As we all know,Philippines is one of the most dominant catholic country in Asia but why we have the highest number of abortion? There are many couples having sex without undergoing in the sacrament of marriage which is not good.If these bill will pass..there were many Filipino who will buy contraseptives instead of buying foods. In these case, the manufacturer and the government will earn more money while Filipino's will suffer in poverty again. There will have a decrease of people which means less productivity and like other country there will have more posibility of encountering HIV and even AIDS because the people become aggressive.. out of 10, 7 would be safe but 3 chances will fail that may cause transmission of the said disease. But on its possitive effects, this bill is maybe a solution to lessen our over populated country.Every life is precious, but there are circumstances that you cannot save all the lives and you must choose. Or haven't you heard of the TRIAGE system, which is still in use upto now. RH bill is about education, responsibility of each and every individual and empowerment of women..

But in my side,i disagreed in this bill.See not only the good effect of contraceptives but the worst effect that will encounter in our society.

Too much of everything is bad! Enough is enough. The reason why this “REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH BILL” wants to implement is because of us. People that are irresponsible, not thinking their future and that they will encounter. People like us is also the reason why many laws were been proclaim. In and this is for our good and to be discipline. Humanity here in the Philippines is rapidly growing up like a BLITZKRIEG, and it must be controlled not only here but all over the world. Another fact that why the Government want to implement this “RH” Bill is to finish the poverty that our country facing today. This bill will also give education and especially in “Sex education”. About this “Sex Educ” under this is Family Panning that is the hot topic that all politics and the “Church” arguing. Family Planning will help us in preparing our desire someday. Giving available jobs in small rate population, lots for home and the poverty line will decline. Negative-the church sector or the Catholics don’t want this ACT. Why? I must say Katy Perry (Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson) and Lady Gaga (Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta). Both famous personality who prefer to sing and dance. They are both talented as Katy Perry and Lady Gaga can sings Pop and Rock music. As well as they are both good in terms of music video making. Of course they are also beautiful and came from the family in America.
Actually, they have the following difference too. Katy Perry discovered by writings songs and singing parochial themes, After earning a GED during her freshman year of high school, she began to pursue a music career. She released a self-titled gospel album in 2001 as Katy Hudson which failed with the closing of its record label that year. She recorded an albumwith production team The Matrix and completed most of a solo album from 2004–2005, neither of which was released. While Lady Gaga on the other hand starts to come along and sings a rock music. She soon signed with Streamline Records, an imprint of Interscope Records. During her early time at Interscope, she worked as a songwriter for fellow label artists and captured the attention of Akon, who recognized her vocal abilities, and signed her to his own label, Kon Live Distribution. Nowadays our country is now facing a major problem which is the over population. Many solutions was made but still it is not yet solved.Overpopulation causes many problems like poverty. For me the best way to avoid it is by having family planning by using contraceptives. But the church is against in this because they say it is against the natural law and for them it is a kind of abortion. They do not know what will the effect of this in our country and also to those family who are using it.
Using contraceptives has a great effect. It will lessen the overcrowdedness in our country and it will be a great help in our country in raising our economy.

In this policy there will be other aspects to be considered.First, the church is against in this law, because they believe that family is not responsible to the artificial family planning method. But the government is pushing this law to promote responsible parenthood, informed choice, birth spacing and respect for life. And they also doing this for the prevention and management of reproductive tract infections (RTIs), HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmittable infections (STIs);.There are also good effects in this law.The family can give right education to their child. They will not let their other child to stop their studies just for the sake of the other one.The family can provide all the things that they need, the parents can give quality time especially to their children. This is also for the prevention and treatment of infertility and sexual dis-function.By this law, this will also contribute for the more productive and educated citizens.

  40. Controversies about our country's population is one of the biggest issues our country faced a couple of months ago. It's like a bomb that made many catholic churches disagree with this act. The Philippine Reproductive Health Bill is an act showing concern about our population with the help of different family planning, specifically those artificial methods. It recommended the use of different contraceptives like condoms, IUD, pills, etc. With the help of this act, our countrymen may learn how to make our population at least smaller than ever. But then, our catholic churches strongly disagree because for them, it is contradicting God's natural law. That this act serves as stopping the life of an individual. For them this act is a way of killing people. Now, for whom we should believe? What are we going to believe regarding this matter?

  41. Reproductive Health Bill is one of an effective way to prevent a rapid growth of population. The reproductive health bill promotes information on and access to both natural and modern family planning methods, which is medically safe and permissible. The couples had a freedom to choose on the mode of family planning they want to adopt based on their needs, personal convictions and religious beliefs. The common purpose of reproductive health bill is to prevent unwanted pregnancy. It helps a lot to prevent big population, unwanted pregnancy, poverty and for a good health. But the only problem here is, even a teenager that knows this thing can use it freely because it is legal and permissible. And for the Catholic it is a kind of abortion and it is a sin in the eye of many specially in God. I think the time will come that people become very liberated because of the contraceptives. This is just my opinion, this is only what I can say about the reproductive health bill. How I hope that this program will help the Filipinos and the Philippines.

  42. ALL LAW MUST BE MORAL...

In the case of the Philippines' population, the officials conclude that were now over populated. But when it comes to the moral observations of tradition in the Church particularly the Roman Catholic Church, the land area of the Philippines was just enough for today's demography.
The cause at which the government saying is the over population of every unit of the family causes poverty. Poverty which the children were cannot study due to poorness of their status of living. That was the main cause of why the government is trying to promulgated this law. The Bishops mainly the heads of the CBCP or the Catholic's Bishops Conference of the Philippines strongly against to the health bill particularly in the use of oral contraceptives. The bishops said that it is called as EARLY abortion method which is a quiet act by Satan. The result of this bill when it is to be at law is the lessen of the population increase and control of birth as the church wakes its awareness towards the threat of teenage sex practices. There must be a proper talks over the government, the church and the people so that right action is to be done.

  44. Nowadays, we can see that our country is now overpopulated and the evidence can be seen on the news, statistics, and other resources. The government has thought of a way to prevent the increase of people. They proposed the Reproductive Health Bill (RH-Bill) which propagates family planning whether it is in natural or artificial method. But there are some agencies that prevent it to be in law and one of these is the catholic churches. It caused to make the people confused on what to do and what to believe. In fact, the catholic leaders suggested that if the president forced to allow the bill, they will never accept him to belong on the group. Truly, the RH-Bill caused a lot on people’s morale and even each of them didn’t know who should be obeyed. Actuality, there are debates, and rallies regarding on this thing and it is dramatic one. I hope that this will be furnished as soon as possible. But in the end, people have the power if they will regard or disregard this RH-Bill.

The Philippines today is now experiencing the so called "POPULATION EXPLOSION". A phenomenon that greatly damage so many aspects of our society most specially our economy. Large percentage of the Philippine population belongs below the poverty line. These reasons give rise to the most talked and hottest issue today, an issue found on every newspaper, tabloid, TV and radio stations and even in the internet. The REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH BILL or simply RH bill. This bill passed passed by the Congress and supported by our president, Noynoy Aquino promotes access and knowledge on both natural and modern family planning. It also aims to prevent unwanted pregnancies that serve as a catalyst for the population explosion as well as to the poverty. But this bill become the root of many controversies and create a silent war between the Philippine government and the Catholic Church. An issue cause by a contradicting beliefs; for the Philippine government- RH bill is the answer for the poverty and for the low quality of living but for the Catholic church- RH bill is simply anti-life. The Catholic Church believes that using contraception is somewhat similar to abortion, an act which is against the teachings of the church. And to show the disagreement of the church on the RH bill, they declared the so- called 'Excommunication' for President Noynoy. We cannot deny the fact that the Reproductive Health Bill creates a huge impact not only to our government and the Catholic Church, but also to every Filipino people. This issue gives a big confusion on the mind of the people, an issue of what to BELIEVE and whom to BELIEVE!!!!

  46. Nowadays a hot issue came out in our country, and it is all about the "Republic Health bill".We all know that the Catholic Church is against it.But for the government, all the people in our country needs this, because for them this is just a law showing a concern for the growing population in our country. In my own opinion,it is sad to know that a big population of our young generations today is actively engaging in sex at a very young age.And many of our teenagers are already parents on their own!And these are some of the issues we are facing in this new generation.Issues that should be dealt with, not just by the government, but more importantly by the family here in are own country.Just like the Catholic Church said, this bill is just all about abortion which kills a person inside another person, and we all know that killing a human kind is against to the law of God.But for me,the bill is not pro-abortion,that,what I know of,It did not contain anything about legalizing abortion and in fact,it is an anti-abortion bill. However,it contains something about contraception and sex education and family planning, things like that,my knowledge is only up to that. So,for my own opinion this "Republic Health bill" is not just a concern for all the family but a concern for all the people in the world, and I'm not really against to this law.

  47. House Bill 5043, otherwise known as the Population and Reproductive Health Bill, is now being debated by not just the church nor the government, but also by billions of people all over the world. According to people I ask why must it be done here in the Philippines, they just said, "to prevent the continuous multiplying of infants because it may result to overpopulation". They may be right. Because when overpopulation began, many will suffer from hunger and that may be reason for other people to commit some crime. But there's also some negative effects when RH bill will be implemented and that's what the church is trying to say. If RH bill will be approved, then we are opening the minds of children that sex is something to try. Even they are not ready for it. And because they are taught on how to use contraceptives like condom, then curiosity would force them to sex. Also HIV cases would increase! There is no such thing as safe condoms. They will try it and even want it so badly, believing condoms would protect them.

Reproductive Health Bill is a very hot issue of Filipinos nowadays. Its due to the different opinion that are coming from different people. RH Bill states that a woman or even a man must know what are the consequences that they will encounter. Having a sexual intercourse with someone that when you are not ready may lead to different kinds of effects. Unwanted pregnancy, abortion and many others are the effects of a not ready sexual intercourse. With the help of contraceptives such as condoms, pills, IUD , may prevent the pregnancy of a woman. It can also help to lessen our overlapping population. We can never escape the fact that the economy of the Filipinos are dropping down , no jobs and the number of birth is more than the number of death. But the bottom-line is we all have our own choice and its up to us what we want to do with our body as long as no one is being hurt.

Many said that Philippines is a factory of children, maybe that's the reason why RH Bill is produce. RH bill is known as the Reproductive Health and Population Development which is all about the family planning, sexual disease and the like. I think it would help to minimized the child production in the Philippines. More children will have the opportunity to study in school. Youth will be more disciplined by their parents because they will get enough attention from them. Rh bill will also lesser the Sexually transmitted disease in the Philippines. Filipinos will have the capability to prevent HIV\AIDS and the like.

  52. "Go on and multiply",this is one of the popular quotation in the bible as God created Adam and Eve he commanded the two to produce more person. That's the reason why CBCP are definitely disagreed. They are very much unfavorable about using contraceptives. In a country whose population is growing bigger and bigger we need to make a way to stop rapid growth population. For me,birth control is very applicable here in the Philippines because, we all know the truth that we are a third world country, who cannot support many people. As population grow there will be a worse problem about education, waste, and discipline. It is not good for us, we cannot handle that kind of situation,so for me Reproductive Health Bill is favorable, because it is for our own sake. It will just limit the growth of population, and it can make our future life better. Maybe there's nothing wrong with this and maybe God will understand, that all what were doing is for good.

  54. Philippines' "Major Major" Problem...

Overpopulation is indeed one of the major problems that are country is facing. The Philippine government had come up with the Reproductive Health (RH) Bill. This bill which may be the best solution to our country's problem.

One of the aims why this bill was created is to minimize the number of Filipinos living below the poverty line. We cannot deny that poverty had been so rampant nowadays, because of the demands of the fast-changing society. This bill aims to help the Filipinos lessen their children and to have a quality life that they've always dreamed of.

The Reproductive Health (RH) bill begun the never-ending issues between the church and the government. This eventually put a barrier between the views and opinions of many Filipinos regarding overpopulation. To some, they are favor, and to the rest, they disapprove it.

We have our own idea regarding this sensitive matter, which also has its strengths and limitations, so all we need to do, is to be a critical-thinker, on whether to which side we're on.

  55. I'm still with some editions of Reproductive Health Bill (RH Bill). As you can see over population is a big problem. As of now 93 million people are in our country how much more in the other generation. In addition to that the demands of a rapidly growing population and if we take into account the state of our institution right now I can't say that it would be good in our country in the near future.

Again, if I'm not mistaken, there are provisions that other said that tubal ligation and vasectomy will be compulsory. I'm definitely against that. I mean I could go on and o ranting about this provision because it really sounds so dictatorial. And as the church says, it can be a signal for people to do sex to be engage in "acts of promiscuity".

  58. Philippines suffer from over population growth, unstoppable producing of new individuals and insufficient capacity to be productive. So, thats why the government serve a solution to minimize the continues bulking of population in our country. RH Bill or known as the Population and Reproductive Health Bill which was established last January 27, 2010 due to some instances. Filing of Contraceptive methods as a references to lessen our population was supported by 4 out of ten people and opposed by 6 out of ten people according to the SWS Poll Survey. It's really shocking that Philippines is one of the populous country in the world cause by duplicating growth of population. With this, the result will be the disability of the country to progress. RH Bill may bring an overall changes to our country to be better and productive but let do realize that after all these things we are breaking the law of God which "to go on and multiply". Through this case, as a Roman Catholic using contraceptives may block the will/plan of God. We may disobey him for some reasons. But some people said that "To much is not good",it was also correct so if I will ask you which of them you are in favored with, which of them do you prefer? the government policy or the opposing act of church?. It's hard but we need to choose only one and that is a group which can contribute better for the seek of our country.

Some cause of this topic is that some people needed attention and love but the one's around them cannot give such as there are busy at some things or just don't mind the one who needed it. Another is from curiosity for young ages and being bothered how things work online. These young fellows just want to try new things and explore different kinds of ways to love and be loved. These are some causes but everything has an effect, effects can be good and some cannot be. Effect could be that they could find the love that they needed and their pleasures could be filled. This may bring a good aura for the person who have got the pleasure and could share what he or she had received. Another could not turn out right by doing so, some are just taking advantage of your feeling and sometimes they're just using you for financial needs.

  61. Congressman Edcel Lagman proposes the Reproductive Health Bil or RH Bill which has the the purpose of promoting reproductive health and responsible parenthood for the Filipino people due to the worsening mass of population here in the country. The main concern of the bill which alarms everyone is that the population of our country makes it to the "12th most populous nation in the world today."With this, the bill aims to improve the quality of life through the consistent National Population Policy but the CBCP contradicts it because of their belief that it will lessen the faith of the people to God.According to them, the Filipinos by nature is a solid Christian and a believer to God's way of giving life but the RH bill would probably change the faith of the Filipino people. It has been said that this is something horrible for the faith of the Filipinos, and so the church people are making ways to stop the bill. They believe that it will cause difficulties such as that HIV cases might increase for there is no such thing in this world as safe condoms. In Thailand, when they started to have bill regarding sex education and birth control, their HIV cases increased.Parents on the other hand are somewhat afraid of curiosity that their children may feel due to the implementation of RH bill and so there is a possibility that curiosity would force them to sex. Some says that if the bill will be approved, prostitution will increase and this is a big threat for the nation. As a Filipino student,I can clearly see the good and bad effects that the bill may bring to us,we should remember that the success of our nation does not solely rely on the Filipino leaders and fellowmen but with the faith of the God too.

Everyone was informed about what pres. "PNOY" said. About using contraceptives and he also promoting he said thing. It is understandable because Philippines now is an overpopulated nation. And because of that, The government has to have more responsibilities, like foods, shelter, schools, facilities, etc. So he think that using contraceptives can lessen childbirth and at the same time couples can enjoy their free time together.
Condom is he most heard contraceptives but aside of that, her are IUD's , pills, ligation, and vasectomy.. Although they can control and lessen birth. There are also side effects that can harm one's health.

Population keeps on growing and getting larger. In line with this, the Philippines decided to create a law in regards with it which they called "Reproductive Health Bill". The use of natural and artificial family planning method must be done in able to minimize the population here in the Philippines. As long as there are so many people living here, there are more garbages and pollution produced. When this happen, it may cause death to some people and may lead to man-made disaster. Reproductive Heath Bill is sometimes harmful also. The use of artificial family planning method may result to some bad effects to human body. It can lead to some illness and sickness. Anyway. this Reproductive Health Bill is one solution to the society's problem. But it still depends on how people can conserve human life.

  65. "What made the President implement this Reproductive Health Bill?"

I can truly agree with what he did.. this may be the best solution for our overgrowing population. The church will not agree with this kind of settlement but think of it, this is probably the best way to stop it. Our overgrowing population is a "BIG" problem for us Filipinos, well think of it and you might agree with me.

The use of contraceptive, pills, condoms and any other stuffs to control pregnancy are ways on how to stop this never-ending outpouring population. We are not "KILLING BUT SIMPLY STOPPING" this kind of mishap especially for teenagers or for other people who are interested with sex. The church might probably think that this is some kind of ABORTION but NO! Abortion is different from stopping to form another human being.

What if all people will not use contraceptives? The Philippines will surely get to its feet and the economy will sink. There are so many possibilities that will happen.. let's not assume for the worst.

  66. RH Bill: The Ultimate Key To Diminish Poverty

Nowadays, our economy has indeed in its own failure, because of uncontrollable childbirth. Many Filipinos are suffering from poverty, due to overpopulation. How come his RH bill can solve it?

As a teenager, I'm not that aware to this so-called RH bill, but I do believe that this would really make a difference. Being a Filipino citizen, whose also affected by poverty, I think that this bill would help regain the Filipinos quality life, that they had once before.

We cannot deny that this bill had drastically changed the perceptions of many Filipinos like me. It resulted in an even great rivalry between the church and the government. Many opinions had been already spilled out, and many more have yet to come.

Whatever our views and opinions regarding this matter, at the end of the day, we're still affected by it, and need to do something. Our critical-thinking can be useful, on whether we;ll support the RH bill or not at all.

RH bill goes beyond a demographic target because it is all about health and rights. It is an act providing for a national policy on RH bill.IT is not actually about abortion as it clearly states that aborton is still a crime and is punishable, because it is concerned with the health of women as well as the education of the people. It s also concerned with the use of conteceptive, intraurine devices, injectables. But why they ask the the couple to have a family planning before getting married?they will not be issued a marriage license if they will not have a family planning. The first cause of it is overpopulation, overpopulation causes poverty, poverty causes unemployment, unemployment causes crime and crime causes to difficult to govern. But if we will analyze, overpopulation is the main root of poverty. That may worsen the situation of the Philippines, but RH bill can answer it.the RH bill can lessen the problem of our country,a lot of people are misinformed about the bill, they think it promotes killing of innocent and it opts for artificial birth control method rather than the natural one.It is actually neither, and has no bias.It aims to inform the ignorant, improve the health of Filipinos ang gives contribute to the betterment of the economy. There are also possible effects of RH bill:abotion and two-child policy.

  71. Paragraph development by cause and effect relationship is the most common and simplest way for me. In this way of writing, you elaborate how a certain thing or event happen.A good topic for the cause and effect relationship is the issue about the RH Bill or the Reproductive Health Bill.Philippines is said to be one of the country with the most number of people. the rapid growth of population is caused by poverty.Because of this problem, the government is now implementing the Rh Bill or the Reproductive health bill. Some said that this act will help to avoid the growing population of the country. But the church disagree about this act because for them, its immoral. Yes, it will teach us Filipinos about family planning to lessen the population, but it also involves the usage of contraseptives. In my own opinion, we don't have to use contraseptives just to avoid the growth of population because it would also mean that you can have sex whenever you want. But of coarse, we have our own opinion regarding this matter.

  72. We all know that the major problem of our country is the rapid population growth and because of that our government built a law which our problem to the over population will decrease in the future, and that law called the RH bill or the Reproductive Bill. Many Filipinos believed that the more you have a children the more chance you are going to become successful. But it's just an idea for those who are poor. and because of this belief they are not agree to the RH Bill. 71% of the Filipinos are in favor of the bill. They believed that using contraceptives or artificial method can help our country to decrease our population. As an effect of it,They are avoiding to get pregnant. But for those poor people who are lack of knowledge or information on how to use it they are not using it instead they are using natural method and because of that they can't control themselves to get pregnant. But not all Filipinos are like that, some of them who like to avoid pregnancy are controlling themselves by using the natural method. They are also concern to our country because as we see, some family are now lack of the supply of foods because they are no jobs.

  73. Nowadays, the most popular issue is about the Reproductive Bill of the Philippines. Many Filipinos are suffering poverty due to over population. The population commision suggested the most commonly used techniques of birth control, the natural family planning method and the artificial family planning method. But the church are against in using the artificial family planning method. The others said that it's better to used a natural family planning method like calendar method, thermometer, cervical mucus method and the billing's method because it is safe and it has no side effects while the others said that it's better to use an artificial family planning method because it is simple and they can do sex anytime they want to do. The catholic church wants to remind us that using contraceptives is killing that's why they are against for te government. But I think that it is right to used any contraceptives to prevent our population growth. Some of a parents can't give the education to their child because it's really hard to find a job.

  74. There are many offered government family plannings here in the Philippines. Its just disappointing that Filipinos with limited budgets tend to ignore them. Most of them would think that it is not very safe or they would need monthly medications and pills. But what they do not know is that government departments create such programs to help and teach them the right way because they never even cared to know. Family planning is important and better. What's not good is when they are already in the stage of pregnancy and they dared to control it.

As we know that the number one problem in the country is throwing of garbage in any roads or streets. They always said that it is not worthy to throw garbage on the streets. Its been awful in our environment because it cause a big damage in our society, like a over outcast of dirt, it can be a form of pollution. As we can see on the television or hear on the radio, over throwing of garbage in the bodies of water, it can break the flow of water and because of that it can cause flash flood the effect of pollution. And it will be a major problem of the community that is why we have an advertisement or commercial on the television for us to realize that we must save and protect our mother earth in making less pollution to provide the cleanliness and the beauty of our environment.

  77. Because of the increasing of population the government think of a solution that they thought will give a solution to the problem. And so the reproductive health bill was their only solution to it. The reproductive health bill promotes an immoral act because of killing those innocent and the grace that is given by God. Eventhough it is not conceived yet, using contraceptive is also an act of disobeying the rule of God to spread humanity. And as a christian I also think that selfishness overcome those people who tolerate this matter because they don't give a chance for that human to live. That's why the church is against it they won't tolerate such thing because for them it is also a way of killing.

  78. Being the Reproductive Health Bill as the main issue of this year because of the declaration of Pres. Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino and Rep. Edel Lagman , the reproductive health (RH) bill promotes information on and access to both natural and modern family planning methods, which are medically safe and legally permissible. It assures an enabling environment where women and couples have the freedom of informed choice on the mode of family planning they want to adopt based on their needs, personal convictions and religious beliefs. But the CBCP or The Catholic Bishop Conference of the Philippines contradicts on the artificial family planning method which the abortion or “killing” involves just to control the population growth. I also disagree with that way of controlling our population because God created a wonderful gift and he has also the power to take back that life not the any other selfish people who are just thinking about themselves for their want just to escape their problems in life because of the early pregnancy.

RH bill is limiting the over population in our country because its uses are for the family planning, another one is protecting the right of everyone in their health.Because of this RH bill,we Filipinos benifit the free use of contraceptives because it is provided by our government for low price or for free. For our health we will have more rights against violence especially the women of the Philippines.I think the effect of this RH bill is we can limit our population so our government can handle the population of our country because of the use of contraceptives, but the church is always not cooperating because its immoral to use contraceptives and the only solution they know is abstinence, but in our generation its hard to do that because of that we result in a over populated country.

And poverty in our country is part of a big chain reaction. We all know that Family Planning is the best way to keep track of the number of births in every family. Whenever a person used a condom or other family planning methods it doesn't mean they give up our God or our Religion.Their just being responsible. It's 2010 ,we need to be more reasonable and responsible too. "Effects of The Reproductive Health Bill at the Filipinos Life When it become a Law"

Reproductive Health Bill is an act that tackles about sex equality, family planning, sexually diseases prevention and responsible parenting. As we all know that the Roman Catholic Church is against at that bill because they believe that it is immoral and against at God's law. The church thinks that when it become a law, many Filipinos are free to sex other people because no offspring will produce, immoral cases will rise and can be the starts of adultery or concubinage on others. On the other sides of our law maker:the senators and congressman, it will help a lot in our economy uplifment and to stop abortion. Many Filipinos are malnourished because of poverty. Overpopulation is the main cause of the poverty. Inadequate of our natural resources is caused by the overpopulation. When the bill become a law, sex education will be taught at the grade 5 to secondary levels, as a result of it, many students and teenagers will be educated and prevent the premarital sex and early pregnancy at the young age.Seminars at many baranggay will be conducted to give information about sex and methods of family planning and parenting. The natural and artificial method will be used to minimize the too much population growth. The used of this two method will be introduce to the whole country. The demand and supply of foods will be balance by the right amount of population. Good education will be given to the poor families, housing projects will be conducted because of the right amount of the population, the budget of the government will be sufficient. Some problems like the inadequate place, shelter, water and foods will be solved. Not only one Filipino will be benefit on it but the entire nation.

And exercises upon the individual a discipline which takes away far more freedom than it gives him. It causes an enormous amount of land to be unnecessarily abstracted from nature and from plant life and to become devoid of any natural function. It also causes sickness to human’s health. It explodes cities, grievously impairs the whole institution of neighborliness, fragmentizes and destroys communities. It has already spelled the end of our cities as real cultural and social communities. And it has made impossible the construction of any others in their place. Together with the airplane, it has crowded out other more civilized and more convenient means of transport, leaving older people, infirm people, poor people and children in a worse situation than they were a hundred years ago.

Many people are arguing regarding to that matter, those people in our church and in our government. Some concern people created contraceptives so that the population of our country will be prevented. We have now artificial and natural family planning. It may help us to minimize the population of the Philippines. It has good and bad effect depending on how people may use it. I do believe that contraceptive is made not to harm us but to help us not to suffer in our life because of the problem, population growth. Maybe, it may harm us or should i say the people who use contraceptives may harm if they are not using it properly and abuses it too much. It is invented with a great purpose and depends upon us if we can rely on it.

  84. Philippine has been known to be a very religious country. In fact 70% of their populations are Roman Catholic affecting our lives with its festivities and different beliefs. A good example of this is the very hot issue about RH Bill, were the church is very vocal to give their NO side. Due to our religious belief most Filipino families never think of having to plan how big their family would be, or if they need to use family planning. In fact the church gives reason for these irresponsible parents to jeopardize their children future by giving birth year by year without thinking if they can sustain all of them and their primary needs. As an effect our country has become one of the so called third countries of the world. Why? Because of our huge amount of population. Looking at the scenario when a family cannot sustain itself. It becomes the liability of the state. Giving more and more problem. But with the RH Bill here comes the solution. The question is. Can we possibly accept it with the threat of EXCOMMUNICATION? Can the people disobey the church because they believe to the goal and cause of the RH Bill or will they just let the church belief effect the good of the state and common men?

Our family was not perfect it has its flaws and hardships. But who cares as long as were all together nothing really matters. That is what our family believes and what keeps us going on. But all of these things change when my father suddenly passed away last Nov. 2, 2009 Our worlds just simply fall apart. It was a sunny morning

So, President Aquino legalized the RH bill. Maybe because, for him, it is the right and only way to make our population stabilized.
RH bill easily accepted by most Filipinos.Because it is effective and easy to apply in our way of living. But of course, there are some who disagree on it, like the catholic church. For them it is not proper. For them it is immoral. They say that it is not written on the bible.
But for me,if it is the only way for our country's sake, I will just support it.

THE CONFLICT between the Aquino administration and the Catholic Church over birth control legislation has entered the stage of a “phoney war” following a meeting between President Benigno Aquino III and the bishops on Friday in which they decided to scale down the fiery rhetoric over the reproductive health (RH) bills in Congress.Within hours after President Aquino declared on Sept. 27 in San Francisco that his administration might give assistance to families needing contraceptives to limit the number of their children, the Church hierarchy flared up with anger, threatening him with excommunication if he went ahead with his plan to actively promote the distribution of contraceptives to couples.

  87. Reproductive Health Bill, the most controversial bill this time that the government and catholic church has their very long argument regarding to this matter. But before we discuss anything about reproductive health bill let us define first what is this reproductive health bill.

Reproductive health bill was authored by Rep.Edcel Logmar, according to him his authored bill promotes information on the accuse to both natural and modern family planning methods that are medically safe and legally permissable. It assures an enabling environment where women and couples have the freedom of informed choice on made of family planning they want to addopt based on their needs and religious beliefs.Sounds like beautiful because we all know that this bill is one of the answer to our major problem today and that is the uncontrolled increase of the population not only here at the philippines and also around the world.Still the bill was very controversial,as it is being opposed by the catholic church. The catholic church were against the use of artificial contraceptives.Let us now discuss the sides of the government and the catholic church.

For the government using contraceptives is the best way to control the increase of population.Using the contraceptives like condom, pills and any alternative to prevent pregnancy is what the RH Bill wants to imply, because government do believe that when we use this contraceptives we will prevent the pregnancy. That is right if you use those contraseptive, there will be no teenage pregnancy that is very common and seemingly accepted these problems today's society. But let us see the sides of the Catholic church.Honestly,in the religiously speakingusing contraceptives is already a sin to god.Roman catholic believe that controlling of having a child is seems like you also telling. You are controlling to give life to gods gift.We all know that killing is a mortal sin that is against the law of and if you did that of sin it is possible that you'll be in hell in the eternal life. That is why catholic church had their strong opposed for that RH Bill..

Regarding this, the government is now promoting the Reproductive Health Bill. They believe that this will aid and minimize the leveling up of population. The church on the other hand, tends to disagree with this law. They are not in favor of it and so they try to have it discussed with the government. Now the politicians and the concerned people of the church are arguing because they have different views and opinions about this matter. This situation gives rise to the division of the people who are also now becoming aware of this bill. 89. RH BILL is being effective here in Philippines nowadays. The government established this law to able the youths to have a better future. This law regards about family planning of every family here in our country. In every family, there should be a plan for the future, and they should be familiar to the laws that are being established for their own good, and for the future of their children. Some methods are convenient to have a better and humorous future.
Natural family planning method: The Billing Ovulation Method is proven tested and effective for families that are having a good family plan, and this help women to be safe in her reproductive health. The system in natural family planning methods helps women to control the birth spacing.
Artificial family planning method: this technique in family planning uses other convenient and effective materials to avoid pregnancy in many women. This uses condoms and pills, these materials can help couples to have a better future. Even though they make their way of lovemaking, it is safe to use these materials and it widely helps many people to have family plan, but in some cases these materials are not effective because of inappropriate and improper use.

  90. President Benigno Aquino III suggested the Reproduction Health Bill that will help to lessen or to reduce the number of people living in our country. The government is open-minded about it and want to use here in our country. But it is very hard for them to use this kind of stuff because Catholic Church is not agree with this suggested idea. Many Filipino cannot discipline their selves in "making love"due to the emotions that they feel inside that sometimes lead to pregnancy of many Filipino women. Sometimes, the use of sexual intercourse is quite abusing,if anyone will do this, try to use artificial method so that the production of the new babies can be controlled. If this happen,if no one use any kind of method,it may lead to overpopulation and we can no longer step forward because we are already suffered from poverty. For me,RH Bill is a good idea among Filipino because it will help us much.It is better to use it now, especially to the next generation. It will not only help one,but all of us and the continuity of the progress in our country.

We have heard about this issue for such a long time, but until now it wasn’t approve yet because many are still against with this. Just like the Catholic Church, they believe that it is immoral and it is against on the teachings of the church. But I think the government has a good intention why they continue imposing this bill. First is that they just want to prevent unwanted pregnancies. If the people would be given enough information regarding family planning and other reproductive health information, it would be a great help to lessen the population. And if that would happen, it would be easier for us to reduce poverty. But in my own opinion I think, the RH Bill is the number one solution to the country’s biggest problem which is the poverty.

  94. Reproductive Health Bill is untimely issue, now that country is still in the process of coping up with different problems. RH Bill is still in the debate process, but what will be its effect and cause for us Filipino? Well if we say “Reproductive Health”, it will be beneficial to all couples. It will be a big help for the couples in regards of their health. Life will be protected because as we all know; artificial contraceptives have side effects that cause diseases, or ailments. It will prolong the life of a woman since she is much affected because she is the one that bears a child. But the entire Filipinos will be affected because, if artificial contraceptives are stopped, population might boom and doubles on the coming years, because many women depend on it as a birth control. If population will doubled poverty, out of school youth, crime and other will arises every bill that the government passes many people are not aware nor informed, so life of Filipinos are affected causing them to suffer without knowing its cause. I know our standard way of living is badly affected, poverty might be result.

In recent decades, cities have grown so large that now about 50% of the Earth's population lives in urban areas. There are several reasons for this occurrence. First, the increasing industrialization of the nineteenth century resulted in the creation of many factory jobs, which tended to be located in cities. These jobs, with their promise of a better material life, attracted many people from rural areas. Second, there were many schools established to educate the children of the new factory laborers. The promise of a better education persuaded many families to leave farming communities and move to the cities. Finally, as the cities grew, people established places of leisure, entertainment, and culture, such as sports stadiums, theaters, and museums. For many people, these facilities made city life appear more interesting than life on the farm, and therefore drew them away from rural communities.

Using such contraceptives in preventing unwanted pregnancy and in controlling over population was effective, of course but isn't it very unreasonable to be irresponsible to what they have done ,. they must stand on it whether they like it or not ! because they are the one who enjoyed it .. they must face the outcome of what mess they've commit ..

There is no doubt that using contraceptives can really minimize or limit the number of children in Filipino’s family, but it is against the teaching of the church. That is why the church is threatening our President with excommunication which will suspend his membership to our church. On the other hand, couples can still limit the number of their children through natural family planning. This natural family planning method is not against the teaching of the church although it will also prevent the pregnancy of women.

  106. "FAMILY PLANNING" not "FAMILY PLANTING"

    Who will take initiatives?

Reproductive health bill is now the pioneering issue faced by Filipinos.
It promotes family planning, counseling, birth control and other programs with regards to family building.
This hot issue has been criticize by the many, most especially by the church because of it's effects to us Christians.

Overpopulation has always been the major problem that our country is suffering nowadays. They sad that if we allow the "RH Bill" then somehow we can control the mass population.
But on the other hand it promotes pre-marital sex and sex outside the marriage which is what i believed as an immoral act.

Filipinos are known as conservative people that if we will legalize the bill,
i believe that it's a way in awakening the flesh of teen agers.
They say that the "RH Bill" is the key in decreasing the country's population resulting from it's economic upliftment.
But if we'll look on the other side, the control is not withhold by the bill but by our collective efforts.

  108. "Reproductive Health Bill(RH Bill)", the law that will minimize the growth of the population of the Philippines. Since our country is one of the largest population this is the only solution that we can rely on. But the church and other religious group are not favoring on this House Bill 5043 because they say it is not the solution on this problem. it will only make it worst because if that happen contraceptive will be easily bought from drugstores, even minor will be able to buy condoms without any hesitation and maybe even cigarette vendors were able to sell condoms for teenagers. Its like pouring gas into a fire instead of water.

  109. Sharing gained knowledge from your experienced is exciting . But i will share an observation regarding to the modern technology and the people.. The modern technology affects a lot with the student in our society. There are a lot of benefits in our modern technology. It makes the life of the people comfortable and convenient. It can help to lesser the work of the people specially the students. In a way that the students will going to make a project needed in their school. But there are a lot of effect to them . Especially to their health it might affect their daily lifestyle. In having the modern technology such as gadgets it make the student dependent on it. So as we face a new generation of our life we need to think everything. We need to think for the thing that we are going to do , if it has a good effect.
